Overseeing multiple residential and mixed-use projects for an established contractor across Kent.

Responsibilities

• Operational responsibility for three live sites
• Managing site teams and programme delivery
• Client-facing responsibility throughout the build

• Multi-site experience
• Strong programme and commercial awareness
• Background with a main contractor or developer
