Senior Site Manager

Traditional build residential scheme for a regional developer with a strong land pipeline across Essex.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of a live residential site through to handover
• Programme, quality and health & safety ownership on site
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating with the technical team

What we are looking for

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Traditional or timber frame housing experience
• Track record of NHBC-standard handovers
