Responsibilities

• Managing external consultants and design packages
• Discharging planning conditions and securing statutory approvals
• Supporting site teams with technical queries

What we are looking for

• Housebuilding or partnership housing background
• Experience with NHBC and building regulations
• Strong consultant management
